The new year is in full swing and chances are you still have spots to fill. Thankfully, there is still time to have a full summer. We gathered some ideas for camp registration and enrollment. Check them out below:

Provide Exceptional Service to Parents

  • Offer multiple ways for parents to ask camp questions and set up email automations so parents know you received their message. It goes without saying, always get in touch with each person who contacted your camp!

Host Open Houses

  • Word of mouth is the best marketing. Ask current camp families to host Open Houses this winter. You can provide the drinks and food, swag and staff, and increase your presence in the community.

Bonus Tip: Ask current camp parents to rate your camp on Google.

Maximize Social Media

  • Communicate with camp families and your target audience about camp registration and all the great things about your camp on all your social media platforms.

Bonus Tip: Collecting and including campers' and parent testimonials online is a great idea. Use those same testimonials on your website and in emails!

Create FOMO with Deadlines and Discounts

  • Create urgency by prominently displaying registration deadlines and any early sign-up incentives. Use countdowns or banners on your website and on your social platforms. Offer free swag of the register by a certain date.

Bonus Tip: Follow up with personalized thank-you emails or welcome packets after registration to build excitement and engagement!

Which ones will you choose to fill your bunks this summer?
